ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, including fragrance oils, jewelry, and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or ordering mistakes.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@just-tilly.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Just Tilly™ offers carefully selected fragrance oils, handmade jewelry, fashion jewelry, and accessories.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain products.

Images may be enlarged or enhanced for viewing.

Our inspired-by fragrance oils are independently offered products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by the original designer fragrance brands.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Orders must be paid in full before processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable merchandise. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

Just Tilly™ ships orders through USPS and other carriers when appropriate.

Standard shipping is $6.95 per order. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $125.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Just Tilly™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen, except where required by law. Customers should contact the carrier and notify us so we can assist with available tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their purchases.

Jewelry should be handled gently and stored properly to help preserve its appearance.

Fragrance oils should be used externally only, kept away from children and pets, and stored in a cool, dry location. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Normal wear, improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

All website content, including the Just Tilly™ name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and original designs, is the property of Just Tilly™ or its respective content owners.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without appropriate permission.

Customers agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We respect your privacy. Customer information is collected and used to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate about purchases.
